Mary E. Pryce received her law degree from Santa Clara University, her BA from San Jose State University and her LLM in Taxation from Golden Gate University. Ms. Pryce's practice focuses on estate planning, probate and trust administration. She is a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate law with the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. She is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, San Mateo County Bar Association, Silicon Valley Bar Association, Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Section of the CA Bar Association, American Bar Association, and the Peninsula Estate Planning Council. She has spoken to groups and at community colleges on estate planning, gifting, and estate administration. She is also a lecturer with the CA Continuing Education of the Bar.
